The Royals Girls Swim & Dive Team finished in 6th place this past weekend at the Section 8AA meet. There were 22 Lady Royals that particpated in the meet with 8 making it to finals. To qualify for the state meet, athletes must place in the top 2 or achieve a state qualifying time. Rogers advances Amber Secrist to the MN State Championships this weekend in the 100 Back. Secrist placed 2nd in finals with a state qualifying time of 58.47. The state meet runs Wednesday – Friday this week at the University of Minnesota Aquatic Center. Diving prelims will be held Wednesday at 6PM, Swimming prelims will start on Thursday at 6PM, and swim and dive finals will be Friday starting at 6PM.
