Rogers hosted the Champlin Park swim and dive team on Thursday night. The Rebels brought a very deep team and challenged the Royals in every event. Despite the team loss against tough competition, the Lady Royals had strong performances across the board including many personal best times and scores. Rogers also secured the top spot in 2 individual races (Andie Timpe, senior) and diving (Katie Northuis, freshman).
The team is gearing up for a long, tough week next week that includes conference meets on Tuesday and Thursday and finishes up with True Team sections meet on Saturday. The Royals will back in their home pool for Senior night on Tuesday, October 15th.
