Summer Register

Our purpose is to provide a safe and supervised training environment for Rogers student-athletes. RHS students are welcomed and encouraged to use the weight room to increase their overall fitness. RHS athletes are encouraged to use the weight room to help reach their athletic potential, build self-confidence and mental toughness. Strength, speed and flexibility training is a huge contributor in physically conditioning the body to reduce injuries.
